My girlfriend Christina was in town this past weekend for, amongst other things, a major charity event so she needed to get our skin looking as perfect as possible. Take away my guy card if you want to, but a man who lets his girl paste his face gets a girl who lets her man….well, you get the idea…
Saturday night was the big event and here we are all dressed up, waiting for our Uber, and ready to take selfies. You can see I’m thrilled.
One take, perfect picture!
The event was held at the Sacramento Executive Jet center, where they had lots of swanky private jets on display
They actually opened up an entire hangar (heated) for the whole night with live music, dancing, dinner, and all the alcohol you could drink (thus the Uber)
There were a half dozen planes on sight that could be toured at our leisure
Here’s Christina on one of the private jets after I said something apparently really funny (I do that now and then)
Hehehehehe…cockpit….
Best looking couple at the event, hands down
Did you notice my shoes? It was a “Black tie with a twist” event which encouraged red…so I went all out and got tons of compliments.
Still the best looking couple, by far, at the event (and yes, I realize Christina is 99% of that so shutup)
This just in…the best looking couple at the event was….drumroll please….US!
The event benefitted an amazing organization called Saint John’s (http://saintjohnsprogram.org/) which helps women and families in crisis, but it’s so much more than that. Our chef that night literally used to deal drugs and spent 10 years in prison and now works with Saint John’s. In the foreground is my attorney, Kevin Hughey, who sponsored the event
The highlight of the evening was Sacramento’s own David Garibaldi, of America’s Got Talent fame, who is a world renowned performance painter. He literally paints an entire portrait before your eyes and the results are amazing
He did three portraits Saturday night, including this one of Marilyn Monroe
And guess who was the high bidder bitches? That’s right, I WAS!! WHOOP WHOOP
The coolest part of the entire evening was meeting David who immediately revealed that he spent his high school and beyond years listening to RAD! How cool is that? He’s a HUUUUGGGGEEE fan! I don’t know which one of us was more excited to meet the other that night!
