Enjoying some episodes of Season 3 Ozark….SOOOO Good!!

Yep my hubby is cleaning up our dog Hanks hair with his leaf blower…he is going stir crazy lol!!

Our Hankarooooo waiting for his Dad to come inside from mowing the lawn, he loves that Dad has been working from home and he follows him everywhere so he was sad he couldn’t help mow the lawn!

Had a day that felt ‘normal’ it was one of those days that for a moment felt like we weren’t Shelter in Place..I was looking for a yummy breakfast birthday pie to make for Brandon so searching for that and going to buy the ingredients and making it was so like old times! I knew my husband would love this breakfast pie so I made two! Here is the link cause you will want to make this! It calls for Chorizo but you can use breakfast sausage and change the cheese to if you want to! I love to come up with my own cookie recipes so I had some time to add one to my Dawn cookie recipe collection! These are White Chocolate Chip Macadamia nut cookies, I took a day to come up with this recipe and I’m pretty proud of it! My hubby who is so honest with me when it comes to the recipes I come up with which I appreciate, he really liked them and this type of cookie is Rob’s wife Christina’s favorite kind and she said my version was really really good yay!!! The butter is browned and the macadamia nuts are toasted and thats all I will share of the recipe lol!!!!

I also take some moments to dream of a time we can travel again and one of my favorite places on this Planet is the state of Texas…this is a photo of springtime weather in Texas’s panhandle, love the panhandle its beyond flat but has such a beauty to it!

These two Texas photos are from towns that are in between Austin and Houston, one of my favorite drives when we are there! I am missing those Texas Bluebonnets and the season is almost over, thats okay plenty of photos to look at!
