This was Thanksgiving Eve!! Spent all day baking Pumpkin Cheesecake and Pecan Tassies, they are basically miniature pecan pies, two desserts I brought over to Rob and Christina’s for Thanksgiving…I love baking all day, if I had time I would bake everyday all day, its just so much fun and strangely relaxing!!
