Experimented with my favorite winter drink and added Tahoe Blue vodka. I call it the Tahoe Snuggler
Instant nestle hot cocoa (with or without marshmallows)
1/2 shot 90 proof peppermint schnapps
1/2 shot Tahoe Blue.
You can use milk instead of water if you want it creamier, and you can also use real marshmallows
Our resident bartender, Kyle, provides his twists on the drink as follows:
Add a splash of vanilla to the hot chocolate. This will brighten the flavor of the hot chocolate.
Add a splash of Baileys to make the drink a little creamier and stronger.
Add a cup of coffee and transform the drink into a peppermint mocha.
Blend it up with ice and a small amount of cream and create a slushed ice version.
Also you can add a touch a Frangelico to add potency and flavor to highlight the hot chocolate.
For a nice touch you can top the drink with whipped cream and then sprinkle crushed candy cane on top.
