This is @lighter_lisa I follow her on Instagram. I wanted to share with y’all someone who inspires me SO much as I’m on this journey to health. She lost 135 pounds!! Wow, that’s just amazing. She is so incredibly honest and raw with her journey. I find myself shaking my head yes yes and yes when I read her posts. She’s uplifting but honest!

Oh my Gosh!!!!! This post of hers is so spot on, like SOOOOOO spot on. As women we need to STOP measuring our self worth by the number on the scale or by what size clothes we wear, that has NOTHING, NADA, ZERO to do with your soul, your mind, your values YOU as a person and has NOTHING NADA ZERO to do with your self worth. Let that sink in and STOP being a prisoner to the numbers.
