I’ve been all about baking brownies lately!! But healthier versions! So the dessert craving can be satisfied without all the processed sugar!! This latest one I usually do with Almond butter but we only had crunchy peanut butter, well hellooo I knew that would be good, its crunchy peanut butter after all!!
- 12 ounce peanut butter, I use crunchy but you can use smooth
- 1/2 cup Honey
- 1 cup chocolate chips, semi sweet or Lily’s which are sweetened with Stevia
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 egg
- Pinch of salt
This is so easy to make!! Preheat oven to 350, then mix all ingredients together in a bowl, spray an 8×11 baking dish and scoop batter into dish and bake for 20-25 minutes..
Then enjoy!! So freaking good!!
