Easily one of the best weekends of my life…how could it not be with her?

Fiance Chrsitina and I went to Las Vegas for the weekend and this as close as we got to the massacre scene. We just couldn’t…too soon. We were there to have fun and escape.

I’ve done Vegas enough times to know that the only way to get from the airport to the hotel is in a limo

Friday night we went to Italian Steakhouse Carnevino for dinner

This is perhaps the most amazing tartare I’ve ever had….wrapped in a giant, thin mushroom

Truly amazing

I have no idea what we’re doing here

Dinner was a gorgeous Bone-in rib-eye for 2 cooked to perfection

Side dish was mashed potatoes with mascarpone and, yes, an egg that gets mixed in to make it even creamier

Christina is a child when it comes to bread. Nuff said

Saturday took us out to the Forum shops…

And we quickly found our way into the Rolex store with our new best friend, Eilene (I have no idea why I seem to be molesting her boob in this photo)

When you buy a Rolex, or two, you also get an entire bottle of champagne to enjoy while they size the watches

Matching gorgeous watches with Rose gold to match our wedding bands/rings/whatever.

Easily one of the best weekends of my life…how could it not be with her?
