Drinking With The Maggots – Dalgona Martini


  • Ice
  • 2 oz. Baileys
  • 2 oz. vodka
  • 2 tbsp. granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp. instant coffee
  • 2 tbsp. cold water


Fill a cocktail shaker or glass with ice, add Baileys and vodka. Stir or shake vigorously until well chilled. Strain into a martini glass.

In a medium bowl, combine sugar, coffee, and water. Vigorously whisk until mixture turns silky smooth and shiny, then continue whisking until it thickens and holds its lofty, foamy shape.

Dollop and swirl the whipped coffee mixture on top of martini.

How do you like your coffee?

For a sweeter caramel flavor Add ½ shot of butterscotch snaps

For more sweetness add in 1 oz of Vanilla Coffee Creamer.

For more of a coffee flavor you can add ½ shot of Kahlua

My favorite is add ½ oz of Frangelico for a hazelnut flavor.
