Popsicles
These Popsicles are SO dang good!!!!! I shared with you awhile back a recipe for Mixed Berry Popsicles but I was craving just Blueberry popsicles and this recipe popped up that included lemon juice, ummm yeah sign me up! https://www. simplyhappyfoodie.com/ blueberry-lemon-popsicles/
You only need 3 ingredients (the recipe calls for honey, I used 4 small packets of Truvia) I also used 3 cups frozen blueberries and juice from 2 lemons..and I put about 1/3 cup water..

Just blend until smooth the frozen blueberries, lemon juice, your choice of sweetener and some water..

Once blended put the mixture in your Popsicle molds..

Put in freezer for at least 6 hours or overnight and then you can enjoy the yumminess!

Cassava Flour Brownies
The original recipe for these brownies is found here… https://www.allrecipes.com/ recipe/25080/mmmmm-brownies/ its one of the best brownie recipes out there!! I have share it with you before but I’ve made a few changes to make it a little healthier if thats your thing!
Instead of regular flour, I use Cassava Flour, instead of butter I use Ghee and I use 1 1/2 cups Lilly’s semi sweet chocolate chips where the recipe calls for it and 1 cup Lilly’s milk chocolate chips to sprinkle on top of the brownies..
