No Bake Sweets

Ugh the last thing I know I want to do is turn the oven on in the Summer!! I try to limit how often I use the oven in the Summer cause shit its hot enough already outside don’t need to be inviting that heat into the house!! The Summer doesn’t stop the sweet tooth though, well it doesn’t stop mine!! So besides ice cream and popsicles, here are a few more yummy sweet choices that don’t require the oven or stove!!!

Chocolate Almonds

Obviously you can just buy a chocolate bar that already has almonds in it!! However what I like about doing it this way is the chocolate melts a bit more in your mouth which I love, softer chocolate is so good!

As you can see only 2 ingredients needed! Super easy like beyond super easy to put together! I like to get dry roasted sea salt almonds they go SO well with chocolate! You can use any kind of almonds and chocolate you like and you can use whatever amount of each you want to.

All you have to do is melt the chocolate, I do so in a medium sized bowl, by putting it in the microwave in 30 second increments cause you don’t want to burn the chocolate ugh that taste is awful! Once chocolate is melted stir in the amount of almonds you want. Get it all mixed together..

I take some wax paper and line it in a baking dish and then pour the chocolate mixture in the pan and spread it out. Cover with plastic wrap and put in the fridge until it sets. You can cut it into pieces or you can just break off pieces!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Bites

Helloooooo so good!! You’ll want to eat one after the other but you know we got to have some restraint when it comes to sweets right??!!

Get out a large bowl and mix together all the ingredients. I realize I left some ingredients out of the photo!! Unsweetened cocoa powder and vanilla…so you’ll throw in the bowl I cup oats, 1/2 cup peanut butter, 1 cup cacao nibs, 1/3 cup honey, 1/4 cup cocoa powder and 1 teaspoon vanilla.

Once all the ingredients are mixed together, I use a cookie scooper to scoop out some mixture and roll into balls.. then I place them in a large zip lock bag and put in the fridge to store them, but you can eat some right away if you want!!!

Fruit and Cream

Okay so this is ridiculously easy!!!! Lol!! There is literally nothing to it!

You can use regular whip cream or this stuff which tastes incredible!! Coconut whip cream uh-mazing!!

Mix the whip cream with your favorite fruit, thats it!! I like to use blackberries and strawberries, I mean really this is very refreshing, sweet and just the right amount of coconut taste with the fruit yummers!!
