No Bake Chocolate Almond Butter Bars!!

It’s so great to be able to enjoy a chocolate treat in the Summer that you don’t have to turn the oven on to make!! No extra heat in the house please!!! These bars are so dang easy to make and bonus..they are Paleo friendly!! Meaning no gluten, no dairy and no processed sugar woot woot!!

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Almond Butter
1/4 cup plus 1 tbsp Pure maple Syrup plus
Dash of sea salt
5 ounces Dark Chocolate
1/3 cup Almond Butter
1 tbsp coconut oil

 

 

8×8 baking dish. Grease dish with coconut oil, or line with Parchment paper and brush some coconut oil on top of the Parchment paper.


In a bowl mix together the almond butter, maple syrup and salt. Then spread out in the baking dish and put in the fridge.


In a microwave safe bowl combine chocolate, the almond butter and coconut oil. Melt in 30 second increments, until all melted..
Take baking dish out of the refrigerator and pour melted chocolate on top and then put back in the fridge for about 2 hours…
 After a couple of hours its ready to go!! This dish makes 16 bars…Yummo!!
