Brandon's Biography
Born in Sacramento, and raised in Georgetown, CA. A very modest town nestled in the foothills of Northern California. When I was young, around 6th grade, my mother took me to see my very first live radio event. It was the RAD show! Back when they tried and did live appearances. This particular event happened to be a DUI awareness show and I didn't know it at the time, but that event set my life in motion to become a producer for this very show.
After graduating from Golden Sierra High in 2004, I attended a community college studying communications. I got my first internship at KRXQ 98 Rock in Sacramento working as a promotions bitch. Radio promotions was much different at that time. It was actually fun! Sure, all we did was drive the station van to events or gas stations handing out concert tickets, stickers other swag. But that's when I got my first taste of radio. I was hooked. When I wasn't working for free as a promotions bitch, I was working for free after hours as a producer bitch in training. Former Producer Nick saw how much work I was willing to do for little to no pay and thought I would be a perfect fit for the team. I was introduced to Rob and the rest has been history.
In my tenure with Williams Broadcasting, I have been given amazing opportunities and have worked with the best in the business. From flying to see concerts in other cities, to helping organize events and meeting all of the loyal maggot fans. I graduated from producer bitch to Executive Producer when the talented Former Producer Cristi moved on to do bigger and better things. Needless to say, I wouldn't want to do anything else. I get to come to work and laugh and have fun every day.
When I'm not working with the show, my hobbies include cooking, traveling, writing music, performing, and let's be honest, this show doesn't allow for much more time for me to do other things.
Back to work! Cheers!
