I was going to do a “before and after,” photo essay of the new Williams Manor until I realized that we’re nowhere near “after.” Moving is a long process, and God only knows when we’ll finally be settled, so for now, you’re getting a “before and during,” update!
This was the room we immediately designated as “the family room,” where the TV and sofa would be placed and much of our down time would be spent
And, here is the family room for now. It has the sofa, Tv stand which is not yet against the wall, and Maestro. And lots of mess.
This is to be the dining room
Hey, at least there’s a table, right? Not that it can be used with all of the crap on it, but we’re getting there
When you walk into the home you enter this grand foyer
See, I told you it was grand
As you proceed into the home, the large main room is our game room (no games pictured)
Well, at least there’s some games now
As you look to the left there’s this wall area between the arches, perfect for some art and something else
And there you have it…art and something else
This was the room designated as my home office
And, sadly, this is the room that is the most done at this point
Upstairs are these cool “nooks,” like this one that is going to become a wine showcase room
Oooohhh….look at all of that wine showcased! Beautiful
Our Master bedroom is on the other side of the upstairs
My wife will be the first to tell you this is not exactly how we envision the end product of the master bedroom
Next to our master is what’s supposed to be another bedroom
However, it became my walk-in closet instead
And just because, someday, it will be so awesome, you get 2 “during” photos of my closet
While laundry rooms aren’t very exciting…
…it is the one room that’s pretty much done so suck it
