Maestro & Scout At Dog Woods Resort and Williams Manor

Here they are…the OG’s, Maestro and Scout, now the entirety of the Williams Pack (see this week’s soapbox if that doesn’t make sense to you). And they greatly enjoyed a recent visit to Dog Woods resort!

Meanwhile, at home, my wife Christina continues to work on spoiling Scout

Uh-oh…she’s going in for the kiss (or is HE going in?)

We have a SMOOCH!

At Dog Woods over Thanksgiving, they got to not only run, but run in the snow

The minute I saw this picture of Maestro’s head peaking over the log I knew he was up to something

Sure enough, he and Scout are playing some form of hide and seek, that no doubt ended in a wild chase scene

Later, Scout was seen sneaking into a bush…

Ahhhhh yes, time for his regular Dog Woods scratch

While all of that was going on, Maestro used the opportunity to practice being the perfect showbiz dog and pose for some glamour shots

Not to be outdone, Scout can pose too…kinda

You can just see Maestro and Scout saying “ummmmm….you’re on the table, that’s so not allowed! You’re gonna get in trouble….”

Back at home, this is a daily ritual; Christina gets down on the floor with all 100 pounds of Maestro

And Maestro moves in for a giant dominating hug

And suddenly my wife has no head

Now that it’s just the two of them, Scout and Maestro are enjoying multiple daily rounds of house fetch again, keeping them good and tired

At some point, Scout’s tongue becomes one with the floor

After a lot of play, Maestro and Scout try to play “who has the longer tongue?”

I think Maestro wins

In fact, they get so tired that Scout will even sleep sitting up…

Until he finally gives in…
