After one of my Ophir 4-H baking meetings I realized we had bought too much peanut butter so I thought hmmmm what can I make with the leftover peanut butter?? How bout flourless cookies?! No wait instead how about flours peanut butter bars??!! Yep that’s what I will make! So I came up with this recipe hope you enjoy, they are yummo!!
1 ¾ cups chunky peanut butter
1 cup dark brown sugar, packed
¼ cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray with cooking spray an 8×11 baking dish.
One bowl and a big spoon or spatula is all you need! These bars are SO easy and quick to make! Combine all the ingreidnets in one bowl stir until all ingredients are combined, then scoop batter into baking dish and bake for about 20 – 25 minutes. Let them cool, and once they are cooled off you can cut them up into bars or even small squares. Enjoy!!
